::while i was away::

Goodness! At least this week is almost over. I've been dreaming of new ideas for the 6 petals website, shop and incorporating some videos-- this class would be so much fun! For now, they're just ideas until I find some time to explore. I feel like I've neglected my little blog this week. Hopefully May will allow for more of my creative side to shine. I'm sure I'm not the only one, but I'm still trying to find that balance between work life and personal life. It's tricky!

This weekend we're headed to Harrisonburg to celebrate a graduation. It also happens to be a super location for treasure hunting. There are some awesome antique shops that I can't wait to visit. There's one shop that I found last time I visited with a sweet old lady who seems to have been collecting her whole life.

We have this huge shed in our backyard that's a perfect storage spot for all my vintage goods. Two of my old windows are gonna be making their way to California next week. Here's a peek at one of the window seating charts I'm working on for the West Coast couple.

::window seating charts // ruffled::

Remember the window seating charts I created for Devon? Well, her beautiful ranch wedding was featured on Ruffled blog. The images are incredible, thanks to Stone Crandall Photography, and tons of vintage items. She and her now husband spent a year gathering old wooden crates, antique spoons and other treasures for her big day. She rallied a handful of Etsy artists to complete the finishing touches.

Are you getting hitched? Need some windows? email me for more info.

::window seating charts // devon's wedding::

I was super excited when I got an email from Devon a few month ago. She saw this post and wanted me to create custom window seating charts for her wedding in Los Angeles. Over the next few months we sent countless emails back and forth about her wedding colors, guest list, needing another window, excitement over how much she liked them, and how happy I was to be a tiny part of such a gorgeous wedding.

Devon chose yellow + white for the window colors to match the theme. We needed three windows, each with 6 panes to represent each table. When she finalized the guest list, I started writing the seating chart.

I've been so excited to share this project. Devon's wedding was all kinds of awesome. The couple had an amazing photographer capture all the beautiful moments. She had so many vintage touches all over the stunning ranch where it took place-- what a venue!

**I will be adding this as a listing in my shop. Or, contact me for custom window seating charts, I'd love to create one for your big day.**
